The Termite Inspection Process

The termite inspection process begins with a request from one of the following: the mortgage company, the realtor, or the attorney. And then DeProw Services manages the rest!
You can order and print termite inspections online. Contact us for information.
The process encompasses a thorough inspection of the property. We search for evidence of termites, which normally consists of the following:
-
Frass
-
Damage
-
Shelter tubes
-
Live insects
We document our findings on the official Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Inspection Report and then promptly deliver the report to the requestor.
